What is your return/refund policy?

We do not accept returns, due to the nature of the item all prints are made to order specifically for each customer.

Under some circumstances obviously we will offer a no questions asked replacement if the print was damaged/lost in transport or there was a printing defect which is our fault (please send photos upon emailing) but otherwise there is a strict no returns policy for things like simply changing your mind.

If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 2 hours of purchase. Our orders process immediately, but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe we will do our best to make any requested changes.

We cannot exchange your order after 2 hours, as it will have already gone into production.

To change your order, please email support@luxury-art.com with the subject “Change order”. Please make sure you include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.
